The ER again
I guess Paul decided that James was getting too much attention with his broken wrist. On Tuesday, Paul ran into one of our backyard gates. Paul and some of his friends were playing Hide & Seek and while they were running between the yards, he ran straight into the gate latch. He hit his eye and managed to scratch the top of his eye lid, below his eye, and got a couple scratches on the inside of his eye. When we took him to the ER, they said the eyes are the quickest to heal. They were right. I sent him to school on Wednesday with his eye barely open. But when he came home, his eye was open almost all the way. I should also mention that Wednesday was picture day at school. I am sure that the picture will look really good.
