Last night I attended my first World Series game ever and it was a dandy. Thanks to my father-in-law, I got to go to the game and had fantastic seats. Ed, Bob Nossaman, John Haynes and I watched Chris Carpenter pitch a great game, 3 hitter. At the end of the national anthem, two F-18's flew over and I have never heard anything so loud and electrifying. They were flying so low it seemed they were just a few feet above the stadium.
